Enable or Disable Google Calendar Integration
How to Enable or Disable Google Calendar Integration at Account Settings Level
Google Calendar integration must first be enabled at the Account Settings level before users can connect their individual Google accounts.
To enable the integration:
- Log in to 5day.io.
- Click on your Profile icon.
- Go to Account Settings.
- From the left panel, click Integration Center.
- Locate Google Calendar.
- Turn the toggle ON to enable the integration.
Once enabled, users (based on their role and permissions) will be able to connect their Google Calendar from My Settings → Integrations.
To disable the integration:
- Go to Account Settings → Integration Center.
- Turn the Google Calendar toggle OFF.
When disabled:
- Users will not be able to connect their Google Calendar.
- Existing connections will stop syncing.
- Google Calendar events will no longer appear in My Calendar.
